POSITIVITY VS NEGATIVITY

How to keep ourselves more positive?

Have you found yourself swimming against the tide?

I do, a lot, but the good news is that you and I can do something about it!

As a first step, if you feel that you are surrounded by negativity most of the time and nothing is going right for you, so it’s time to acquire NEW HABITS that will help you stay in a more positive way. Once you start changing one negative thought into a positive one, things are immediately going to change for you for the better. Every bad situation has something good in it, at least a life learning lesson. Perhaps you’re under a big depression right now, don’t lose hope, I’m here to help you.

I dealt with the deep depression over the last year and it wasn’t until I started researching by myself about the power of the mind, ways to be positive and motivation that I was finally able to discover a whole new world opening for me that I now can show and help others in the same situation I lived and turned out really amazing.

I now have my first book releasing soon about AWESOME ways to be happy that every one of us can achieve and be SUCCESSFUL. All aspects of my life have changed dramatically in only a couple of months!! That’s pretty AMAZING and the best of all YOU CAN ACHIEVE an awesome life as well in everything that you want.

I know is not easy to be positive all the time as it requires consistency and training, which lead us to adopt a habit and later become a part of our lives. So, in order to start walking on the right path, I’ll leave you four important steps that will PUSH you towards a successful positive life.

                                                                      

STRIVE TO SEE THE POSITIVE IN EVERY SITUATION: all of our lives is filled with challenges that make it very difficult to be positive sometimes. But we can CHOOSE to be positive. Everything pass, all that happen to us isn’t forever, will later become a memory. Choose and strive to be positive most of the time that you can. BE AWARE of your effort, BE AWARE of your own self. Our minds are powerful and quickly enough you will find yourself overcoming the situation easier than what you expected or in a shorter time.

BE GRATEFUL FOR THE SMALL THINGS AROUND YOU: Sit down for a moment, in the morning when you wake up or at night before sleep, and give yourself 5 minute to be grateful for the small things: your hands, your eyes, your ears, your good health, your kids, the air you breath. They now aren’t’ so “small things” right? Being grateful is amazing and powerful, and specifically, in the morning when you wake up and that moment right before you are going to sleep because this is the time your subconscious is MORE  AWARE to receive your thoughts and your emotions which are THE SECRET to attracting the positive mind state.

REINFORCE POSITIVITY IN YOURSELF: to be positive is a practice you should be willing to do every moment of your life, this way we create the habits and soon enough you do it without noticing and the best and easiest way to do this is to be positive when it comes to who you are. Tell yourself you’re awesome. Tell yourself you look good. Tell yourself you did a great job at work or raising your kids.

Be honest with yourself, but do your best to look for the good. And, whatever you do, don’t focus on the negative. It’s okay to not like everything about yourself, but don’t focus on what you don’t like. We all have positive attributes, focus on it!

SHARE YOUR POSITIVITY WITH OTHERS: there is a little secret that I will be writing about in my next post, which is about helping others, and has a lot to do with sharing your well-being, your positivity, with others. Not only you have to be positive with yourself and practice it every day in order to improve and create a habit, but you must be positive in others. Don’t need to panic here, its very easy and simple as being nice to other people, tell someone that she/he looks nice today, tell someone she/he doing a great job on her diet plan, or work presentation, or school exam. Tell your parents and kids how much you love them and how great they are, smart and capable to do anything that they can be currently doing, BE KIND to others, stop gossiping, send flowers when somebody is feeling is down, in any occasion/opportunity you find to make other life’s happier. That will bring AWESOMENESS to your life as a return.

Whenever start feeling like the idea of being a positive person is daunting, remind yourself that all it takes is one small step in the right direction to move toward a more positive attitude.

A positive outlook is a choice that you can always make

  1. Great post. I wrote yesterday how I was so miserable with all of the negative thoughts in my head that it took me noticing the beautiful sunset to snap me out of it and realize things weren’t so bad. Definatly sharing positivity with others goes a loooong way, saying something nice is a win win. My MBSR course and Healing Journey course really helped me with positive self-talk.
    Your book sounds great. When does it come out?
