Habits for Success

Hello, my dear reader, today is a great day to talk about habits for success, that small routine of behaviors that will set your energy and vibrations to high levels so that you can achieve easily your goals in a shorter period of time.
Remember that habits are some few actions that you add to your life, like a “daily routine” which, in the beginning, you will have to set a time (up to 30 days) like a challenge, practicing them every single day in order to make it part of your life so that you can do it automatically after the 30 days.
Whatever habits you currently have established are producing your current level of results. 
I highly recommend you to implement just one or two of the next 5 techniques that I will present to you, in the morning when you wake up, but you are free to implement all 5 because they are very joyful.
SMILE first thing in the morning, I would say this a thousand time. To smile is vital, make you feel good in a second. Smile for the simple reason of another day you are alive and the chance to make things better for you. SMILE right now.
BREATH. Take 10 deep breath in the comfort of your bed, concentrate in your breathings as you inhale through your nose and exhale strongly from your mouth. Focus in every breath as all the cells in your body are being fed with oxygen healing you.
BE GRATEFUL. Give thanks to God, to the universe for the new day, be grateful for those things that you have: house, bed, TV or phone, for your own body, for your legs, hands, brain, give thanks for the more o little money you have in your wallet, many things and blessings. Be aware of all of them.
LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC: Pick up some nice cheerful music to listen in the morning when you wake up and get up and dance with the rhythm, feel it and smile, feel the power of the music, be aware of your energy and your vibrations.
MEDITATE: May be boring for many, but meditation is not that hard and indeed comes right after the second technique: breathing and has a lot to do with being grateful as well. You take 5 to 10 minutes focusing on you breathings, letting your mind to distress by focusing on being grateful for all things around you, letting your body relax completely by being aware of every part and allowing it to relax as much as you can. And be aware that every breath you take is oxygen feeding all your cells healing you in every aspect. Imagine your favorite colors while in this process, all this combination will automatically change your vibrations to be aligned with the universe, and everything you wish will find a way to come true.
As you implement this 5 habits along with others that I will post next, on a daily basis for 30 days, PUSH yourself if you really want to make a change and from the first day you will start feeling the energy and the difference, you will start feeling the time is enough for all your activities, you will finish earlier or easily whatever is that you need to do, you will start to experiment some big changes on you in the first week, beautiful things will happen and come to you, be sure about that.
